Hess Kincaid Associates Architects was established as Hess Associates in 1976 by Christopher Hess RIBA; operating from London and West Wales . Based in Ceredigion, Wales , the practice now includes associates Emmanuel Kincaid, Oliver Llewelyn and Paul Leach . Projects have been undertaken throughout Wales , London and Southern Europe including the renovation and re-use of traditional building types, incorporating environmentally aware strategies with respect to materials and services; aiming to achieve a spatial functionality and visual experience appropriate to both use and context. The practice is also experienced in small industrial, retail and leisure sectors in addition to individual house and workplace design. Much of our work includes the full design service with contract supervision; however we will also provide a design only service including obtaining statutory approvals with additional consultation and cost management as required on site.
